Snow-chasers and weekend warriors, take note: you can now find ski town accommodations on Expedia without having to sort through other destinations. Their new Snow Collection page shows every ski town destination they offer, from Park City to Banff. And while you aren’t likely to find slope-side private chalets, the Collection does include five-star lodges and hotels like the St. Regis Deer Valley and The Little Nell in Aspen.
Expedia has introduced the collection as part of a wider effort to make vacation planning more experience-focused. Other Collections include Beach, Relaxation, Family Fun, Culture & History and Shopping.
“When selecting the criteria for these properties, we wanted to ensure our customers could confidently book from a Collection type,” Dan Reed, Expedia’s vice president of merchandising, said in a company statement. “These are all hotels which are backed by our customer reviews and fit the type of holiday the customer is looking for.”
