
SKI Magazine announced the results of its annual reader resort survey this week, naming the Top Resorts in the East and places Best in the West. In a new two-part unveiling, the publication announced places 11 through 30 of the Western resort survey a day ahead of the Top 10. Jackson Hole took the top spot this year as last year’s winner, Whistler, dropped to no. 6. Deer Valley Resort maintained its no. 2 position, making it the most consistently top-rated resort in the survey, placing either first or second in every survey over the last decade. Smuggler’s Notch in Vermont earned the top spot in the East.
