It’s the highest asking price ever for a condominium in Utah, but for the 11th floor of a ski-in/ski-out St. Regis, $17.9 million sounds about right.
Papa John’s Pizza founder John Schnatter has put one of his two top-floor residences at the St. Regis Deer Valley on the market, allowing the fast-food magnate to keep a slice of slope-side heaven for himself. The new owner will have access to the St. Regis butler service, Remede spa, on-site gourmet dining at the J&G grill, and of course, ski-in/ski-out access. The condo sits in the same gated community as some of Park City’s other high-priced real estate, including the $21.9 million Ski Dream Home.
The 5-bedroom penthouse features an enclosed hot tub, private bar and 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space — not including the finely groomed slope that sits just outside the hotel.
This condo is offered through Summit Sotheby’s.
